Portico Church

This is the first part of re-visioning for Portico. We will begin with our vision, talk about 3 priorities at this time, and some key strategy changes.

Our desire is to be and live as the people of God in the way of Jesus. We believe this type of missional community is not only possible but what Jesus desires & expects from his church today.

Vision: a missional community living in the ways of Jesus

Current priorities:
o care/support
o service/mission
o spiritual growth/development

Strategic approach:

1. New community group

2. Refocus existing community groups one to better serve the vision

3. Refocus Sunday gathering
Goal is to add variety & freshness to ways we celebrate & encourage/challenge each other to live in the ways of Jesus
